THE MISSION

WHAT WE DO

1.    Create a UNIQUE 1 on 1 experience for every person

You shouldn’t be a part of a factory line, cookie-cutter program that isn’t tailored specifically to you. You have your own path that has led you to where you are today and goals that drive you. Your appointment will include 60 minutes of individualized attention from a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

 2. EMPOWER active learners to improve longevity

Whether you are an aspiring collegiate athlete or working 9-5 with chronic pain, your experience will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to stay on the field of play and improve your overall health and wellness.

 3.    Provide SCIENCE-BASED, ACTIVE treatment plans

TCPT stays on top of the most recent research and continuing education to provide a framework for the most effective interventions that will make up your treatment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A comprehensive, head-to-toe evaluation

This evaluation will be the “why” behind your plan of care. Whether a Physical Therapy or Performance client, it’s important to know your baseline data in order to develop an appropriate plan to reach your goals.

A well-Rounded health and wellness plan

Following your initial evaluation, you will receive a personalized plan to address any weaknesses found at evaluation. Your plan will provide you with tools to reach your goals!

Client-centered, 1 on 1 education

Each of your sessions will be driven by your data and feedback. You should be an active participant in your recovery and life-long health. Education provided during treatment will empower you to continue your health and wellness journey long after your appointment ends.
